In majority of the cases, we don't charge you for our service, the lender you choose pays us a commission after your loan settles. This amount does not come out of your loan amount, so there is no out of pocket cost for you.
In rare situations, a client fee may apply but if this is the case, we always disclose this to you upfront, and only proceed if you agree.
